DELINQUNECY TO DISCIPLESHIP

What is The Embassy?

The Embassy is a non-denominational, faith-based restoration ministry. The Embassy welcomes those held captive in a life of brokenness, deception and manipulation but seek a new productive and healthy life in Jesus Christ. Our program is designed for those who recognize they have life controlling problems and desire to change their life through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ…

praying for spiritual development

Spiritual Development

Spiritual development occurs through reading God’s Word, prayer, fellowship with other believers, and active participation in a local church.

Your spiritual development is based on the promises of God’s Word and your willing participation as you submit to Christ. The goal is to leave sin behind and increase in Christlikeness: “He has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature, having escaped the corruption in the world caused by evil desires. For this very reason, make every effort to add to your faith goodness; and to goodness, knowledge; and to knowledge, self-control; and to self-control, perseverance; and to perseverance, godliness; and to godliness, mutual affection; and to mutual affection, love. For if you possess these qualities in increasing measure, they will keep you from being ineffective and unproductive in your knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ” (2 Peter 1:4–8).

Ready for Occupational growth

Occupational Development

By learning about and practicing your spiritual gifts, it is easier to see the direction God is leading you in the occupational world. Determining what you are passionate about, building up skills that you already have, and seeking out new opportunities that are good for you and the Kingdom of Christ, are all necessary steps to reaching your maximum potential.

Having a mentor in this stage of life is critical. Mentors can provide insight to difficult situations and questions, offer great networking opportunities, and make for good examples of what it’s like to be a friend and brother/sister in Christ.

I myself am convinced, my brothers and sisters, that you yourselves are full of goodness, filled with knowledge and competent to instruct one another.” (Romans 15:14)

Speaking about The Embassy

Social Development

Social development is the prioritization of human needs in a society. Social development takes place on individual levels as well as broader societal levels. The intent of social development is to improve life for all. What our society needs now more than ever, is for our men to step into the Christ-like roles they were meant to have. We need leaders, teachers, and fathers that do their best to represent our heavenly father.

Creating a better society starts with the individual. Ultimately it is up to you to make the world a better place. Only you can make the decision to be the best version of yourself, the man that God created you to be.

LUKE 4:18-19

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because He has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor.  He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed, to proclaim the year of the Lord’s favor.”

The Embassy is a place where true freedom is found, character is forged, and destinies are realized and pursued. It is a place where hope abounds, and faith overcomes fear; a place where the broken are mended and the hurting are healed.
