About The Staff

The Embassy is not a building made of brick or stone, but a living church composed by the hearts of a dedicated group of people. To list everyone involved in our church would be a virtual phonebook, so we will introduce to you our staff. These people go above and beyond, seeking God’s will for our church and doing all they can to make sure we keep moving. Also, below you'll find links that give a window into the heart of The Embassy.

Leadership Staff

Joe Wahba
Lead Pastor

Joe hails from the St. Catharines area and is a graduate of Brock University. He's the lead pastor of The Embassy which means you'll find him preaching most Monday nights. In addition, he teaches an intensive 11-week theology class throughout the school year.

Randy Harms
Worship Leader

Randy started attending The Embassy several years ago. He started on leadership as a guitarist in the band. In 2010, he stepped up to the role of worship leader. His passion for music and connecting with God makes him the perfect man to lead us in worship every Monday night!

Brandon Malo
Founding Pastor

Brandon - native to Waterloo, Ontario - opened the doors to The Embassy on September 14, 1998. He now serves as the Lead Pastor of Elevation (The Embassy's sister church which happens on Sunday mornings).

Heather Wood
Intern

Since joining leadership at The Embassy in 2009, Heather has poured herself out in ministry. In her time serving here she's been involved with: Setup + Tear- down, leading the Red Frogs team, putting together Joe's Powerpoint slides and a whole bunch of other helpful things that need to be done to help The Embassy run smoothly! Thanks for all your hard work, Heather!
